Public road, it leads to and from the frontier with Spain. It is manned by police station either end of the road. Pedestrians walk across the runway. It's quite unique...and fun.

The pictures posted above by "itsmeitisss" remind me that my homeland of Scotland is up there amongst the most beautiful places on earth.
