Mrs Fruitcake and I would like to come to this. We are already supposed to be in Manchester that weekend as it happens anyway but not arriving till Saturday. I am going to have to see if we can rejig the arrangements. If so, we'll be there. Will update shortly. ^

We have done Concorde there, so won't need that and wouldn't be able to get there in time for it anyway. Good plan, though.

Ahhh! The FT DO that is easiest for me to get to, however, I will be across the channel supporting the might of Scotland's Finest XV vs Les Bleus in Paris.

Gutted that I will miss this DO!

If BA didn't require me to route though assorted airports to get to MAN I could have been interested. Sadly it becomes a bit of an epic just to get there. Sorry.

I need an FT do that I don't have to organise

If I can come (and you have nicely summarised my current position) I would also be interested in Concorde.

You'll still be able to change for MAN at LGW then.

Oh, you do tease. BUT - no TPs. We need 80, and despite the company that doesn't do it. I would really like to combine a Do with some TPs.

Still thinking ... Slowly, of course.

But you have to admit, it was cozier than the larger room and nicer. At least when we finished the quiz we could listen to the music and mingle. Imo it was better.

I'm in, and +1, and definitely for the Concorde tour!!

What time do the trains stop from Piccadilly to the airport?

Hilton at the airport is 57 quid compared to the Hilton in town at 119.

Last one is 12:50 then they start again at half 3. There are buses running all night but I presume they take a while to get there.
