Presumably Henriot uses egg white for fining, whereas Castlenau doesn't

So amusing, especially when vegans claim to stick to their regimen for healthy reasons, but then they are very happy to swallow a known neurotoxic and addictive substance such as alcohol, provided there is no egg white in it. LOL

Also consider after filtration that the traces of the fining agent will exist in the wine in concentrations of less than 20ppm (parts per million). Not worth them losing any sleep over really.

CE breakfast OSL-LHR on friday morning. This was my first CE breakfast flight in a while and I felt there has been an improvement in terms of quality. The sausage and meat were actually edible and quite tasty. Thumbs up.

New CW service, which I quite enjoyed. Was surprised they didn't take any orders pre-take off, but otherwise was a very good service. Brekkie was nice - full English wrap (eggs, mushrooms, bacon, sausage) - but could've done with some HP sauce Quite an improvement and still a very, very comfortable and spacious seat that (I find) quite private post safety briefing and divider raising.
Mushroom soup + salad - very tasty, indeed. Bread was fine (olive), to be honest am a bit disappointed they no longer offer an option.
Beef main - fairly standard, but not overcooked by any means (besides, perhaps, French standards) and decent sides.
Red!! Okay, maybe pink...
Was too full for dessert, but was nice to see CC putting a little bit of effort into the service.

Breakfast onboard my flight from LHR-JFK a couple of days ago.
The Papaya Salad, pineapple and coconut yogurt was surprisingly lovely.

Breakfast on CE from LHR to MRS last Sunday. Sausage and egg tasted a little strange but rest was fine, yoghurt was good.
AVML brunch from MRS to LHR on Monday. No idea what the mains was to be honest but tasted ok!
EDIT: Also not sure why the image has been cropped when I uploaded it to FT
