Post your BA Food Pictures here

Sometimes a picture says more than a thousand words in a TR. We have all been hearing how the catering is improved and yesterday I got to experience that in F on the 209. Best food I had on BA for a while.

I thought it might be a nice idea to have a thread where we simple post pictures of our food so others can see what to expect and with a little score (out of 10). Without endless discussions... (if possible).

So, without further ado:

The amuse bouche (can't remember what it was but it was nice!) (8/10)

Starter: Seared Scottish king scallop with broad bean puree and crispy porchetta (9/10)

Main: Poached and grilled free-range chicken with vegetable nage and Ratte potatoes (9/10)

Dessert: Braeburn apple cheese cake (10/10)

OK … what have I got that's easily available?

CW Starter, TATL. Tomato Overload!

CW Main, TATL. Steak and stuff. Unmemorable.

CE Lunch, LGW-JER. Chicken Salad. Very nice.

CW Breakfast, TATL. Stale roll, and no Bacon Roll either. Disgraceful.

CW Tea, TATL. Was there ever a scone?

CW Lunch, TATL. Butter Chicken with Rice and Naan. Better than it looks.

CW Lunch, TATL. Roast Breast of Chicken, Tarragon Sauce. Very good.

CW Lunch, TATL. Braised Beef with Rosti. Excellent.

Presentation of the CW mains in T8191's photographs cannot possibly be described as anything other than very poor. They need to work on this - it would even make tasty food 'taste' bad through visual offences!

Some contributions from me:

Notorious thingie with dried ham and yellowish cream and vinegar sauce.

The following was rather nice:

F Amuse Bouche

Not sure what it was but it tasted pretty nice:

F Entree

OK, it tasted nice but I'd have liked a bit more premium ingredients:

Beef pudding, F

Steak....absolutely brilliant, tender and juicy. 10/10.
