Hi Everyone,
Can anyone help me with good Club seats on the A380 to be one of the first people off the plane? I know it sounds sad but we have a tight schedule when we get there and would like to be off asap so we can go and join what I will presume will be a huge queue in immigration

I have an issue that I could do with help on. We're travelling ba108 on Saturday, DXB-LHR in CW. We have an infant that turned two on a separate PNR. They assigned us 13D, E, and G, with 'someone' in the middle 13F. I phoned DXB and they told me to swap with 13F on board, frankly I think that crazy.
So I phoned London, and she told me to wait until T-3days when someone would manually go through the flight, and definitely seat us together, that never happened either, she was actually quite rude and impatient with me...
So this morning I went on and picked 12E, and F, in the knowledge from EF that 12D and G are free. Daughter still in 13G, can't change that.
So the questions: I'd really rather like 15E, F, and either D Or G. Is there a chance I could bag it at at T-24?
Why did they originally put someone in between us on row 13 (it's the same on the domestic MAN leg.) Are they trying to tell me something, I.e Is it a phantom person, thus giving us D,E,F,G?

I would leave it as it is 13DEG, there is no way that 13Fwould refuse to move to 13G.

I'm facing the prospect of flying on the Main Deck of the 747 (shock horror! ) as all of the window seats on the UD are taken, and there are 2 of us travelling together.
I've lurked long enough to know which seats have direct aisle access etc. but on a Hi-J, which seats are the quietest and have the least light pollution?

14JK would be my choice, and if they are taken 12JK, and failing either of those 14AB.

777 - three class - advice
I have a flight in Club next week BA09 to Bangkok - a long haul 11 hour plus flight. I've selected 4K and Seat Guru says its a fair seat.
On this route BA operates a three class 777 (down from the four class they used to operate to Thailand).
Can anyone offer me advice on a better seat if there is one available? I would prefer a window seat and I have one at present. I don't want to be too near the galley.
Thanks in advance.

It looks like i'm going to have to endure the 747 CW lower deck for the first time in a long while - the UD seats are fully booked. I'm on the 747 with CW rows 17-20 and I've chosen 20A to avoid the stepover. Its a daytime flight, LHR-SFO. Good choice?

I think that 20A is a nice seat.

Went into book seats and plane is now 747-400. Any tips on seats for that one? I think we flew upper deck a loooong time ago.
