Thanks. We opted for 18k and 19K since the only seats together were the EF seats, and it is a day flight.

Just noticed that 64a and 64k have opened up on my flight to Boston, is it worth moving from 62a?
cheers

BA 747 Upper Deck CW Seat 64B
Sorry if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything on my brief search.......
My better half & I are going to CPT in Club World and neither of us has ever flown on the upper deck of BAs 747s. Seats 64A & 64B are available. Loads has been written about how good 64A is, but what about its neighbour?
Is it too close to galley and toilet? Does it feel a bit exposed?
£170 to reserve 2 seats is a lot of money on top of the tickets so if it isn't worth it I will wait until OLCI and take a chance there might be availability somewhere upstairs.

I flew back from SFO to LHR on the upper deck a few weeks ago and agonised over 64A or 62A. In the end I went for 62A as 64A is a baby friendly seat and you will be ejected in favour of an adult with one, if so required. That would mean your £££ was wasted.

Row 63 was available until yesterday. I should have grabbed it. I'm only BAEC Bronze so the only availability now is 64A/B, hence my asking if 64B is a good or bad seat.

Think 64A best seat in the house, so just pay the monies, do not wait until OLCI as there is a very big chance there will not be any UD seats left, us Silver and Golds will have bagged them^

I think you should bag them now. UD is still a better place to be and there's probably not that much in it really.

Get them! 64A is a great seat, although I prefer 64K, and the UD atmosphere is amazing.

I've done both 64 A/B and 64 J/K with Mrs User Name (me ending up in the aisle seat each time) and we enjoyed both flights.
