I had the Axe Body Spray "Do you have dirty balls?" ad at the bottom of this very post

Brings back memories of the Not The Nine O'Clock News Swedish chemist sketch:

Customer: Hello [faux Swedish accent]
Chemist: Hello [you get the picture]
Customer: I would like to buy a deodorant
[for this part the accent is crucial] Chemist: Ball or aerosol?
Customer: Neither, I want it for my armpits.

After reading this thread I would like BA to offer the equivalent of the old British Rail ladies' compartments - Ladies Only Cabins. I don't think I want to sit anywhere near this lot!

I would venture to say that people who travel in F oftentimes travel in clothing that is not especially comfortable. Thus, they are either slaves to the office or slaves to fashion, neither of which is ideally suited for a restful sleep.

Now if only more of them took to the gym, perhaps we wouldn't collectively wince while considering the topic herein.

Indeed, I thought the general rule was that mandatory minimum clothing level is inversely proportionate to fitness level

At least I always get them when I ask. As long as either In- or Outbound is a night flight in any region they fly across, they have them on board.

A comfortable pair of Nike's works fine. But when flying certain Asian operators, they give you comfortable and usable slippers that you could transit an airport in. Less hassle at security checkpoints!

commando for me, underwired bras are so uncomfortable to sleep in. However as there are never any size small (and i have only ever flown F once) I tend to bring my own silk jammies for a bit of in flight luxury. I find a J window seat is often private enough to change at, especially with a well placed duvet....
I have to admit to being a bit more discrete and changing in the loos when on the same flight as my boss once. an accidental flash to a stranger is fine... to your boss is not. i cringe at the thought.

There were a pair of socks in my Hindmarch amenity kit; I just wore those (still do, actually; they were thick as athletic socks so I use 'em at the gym, too).

I have decided who I will tuck into bed - and that person has kept great distance.

He starts with P but it sounds like a F. He's mean and lean and lives in Cairo. He never wears underwear as he does not need to. Safe as houses - big pussycat who likes to play Tiger.

Look what you started. We have half AA Forum come over to expose themselves as they would never get away with it over there.

Is "accidental flash" british for the mile high club?

Three years ago, my two mates and I were flying back to PHX. The pajamas were typically huge and it was warm upfront. They both elected to sleep 'topless' (but I'm assuming with pj bottoms AND underwear) on top of the comforters. The crew seemed to find this quite amusing - I remember one FA saying to another that it was 'cute' while I was trying to force some sleep.

I'm always hot on planes and would be much more comfortable sleeping topless, but always assumed it would make others uncomfortable. Does it matter than I'm in reasonable shape?
