As G_G had already mentioned, Award Availability definitely exists on your flight -- please see http://Help.KVSTool.com/#Q32 for more tips on dealing with agents, who claim otherwise.

I wonder if they are typing in BHD and/or JFK....have you spelled out the airport codes....just a thought

Guys, let me thank you all for your help, to all you provided assistance. Rang up a few more times and finally got an agent that confirmed that the seats were available and all booked.

I know that this is quite a bit off topic here but there is nowhere in the SkyTeam forums that is quite as helpful as this one. I figure that those lucky people with ExpertFlyer may be able to help (pretty please)

I need to book some flights with AeroMexico in April next year. The AFKL online award booking engine helpfully does not allow airport code OAX (Oaxaca) to be entered so I can't view online, instead having to call up to the not-so-helpful DCC (make up your own translation of that :-)

Looking for:

2 pax OAX-MEX-MID (Oaxaca, Mexico City, Merida) on a same day connection (2-3 different connections available).

6-7th April 2012

Any class (Y preferably) as I want to avoid 280USD pp for a one-way paid ticket (taxes 80USD ish so AFKL miles are well spent here)


On a related note, if anyone knows what availability is like with AeroMexico (i.e. is this likely to be possible, or do they only release seats 180 days out etc...) that would be most helpful.
