No response from mbna yet, however, earlier today I had an additonal posting made to my dc.org account from mbna, equal to the number of miles required to double the miles awarded for the ba.com spend.

Just got a new DiamondClub account opened having got one of the last MBNA credit cards.
Now, I have a DC membership number, but on the new site, there is no link to associate this with my email address to login and view/transfer my points.
More frustratingly, the "contact us" form only works if you have a registered email address in their database, and as there is nowhere to register my email address, I can't even contact them via the site!
Any suggestions (other than picking up the phone, which looks like it'll be my only option)
Regards
Neil

I think I was in the same position as you, and got the same MBNA card 24,000 miles after £250 spend?
I just called Diamond Club on the number MBNA gave me, 0844 something. They are open 08:00-18:00 and they just ask for your name, address, postcode & email address. They then tell you your DC membership number and email your password. Whole thing took me less than 5 minutes inc the email bit.

I received my cards on the 26th October but didn't get the DC membership letter until after the website had closed! Some friends of mine didn't even receive DC membership number letters ...
The two numbers at the bottom of my DC letter (signed Keeley Downing who left the job in July?!!) are 0844 848 0808 and 01332 648768

Having problems accessing diamonclub.org. Keep getting an error page saying:
"Too many redirects occurring trying to open https://www.diamondclub.org/iloyal-MemberPortal/mportal/homeFlow"
Any thoughts?
Nevermind. It looks like it's up and running again.

Remember that if you are having trouble accessing dc.org and only want to check your balance, you can do it via ba.com
log in
On the EC home page click Manage My Account
Click Combine My Avios
Do a dummy transfer of DC miles to Avios. Unlike dc.org, this website only needs your DC number and password.
Your DC milea balance will be shown. You do not need to complete the transfer.

1) I can't log in with my DC membership number
2) I can with my e-mail address
3) The login prompt "User Name" on the front screen is a misnomer and should be changed to "Membership number / email address".
4)
5) Where is the facility to transfer miles from Diamond Club family accounts to the Head of Account ?

Agreed. I don't remember my DC email address so I can't sign in. It's a hassle to contact DC for my email.

Take a look at any email they sent you to get the address from the To: field.
Thank you for the idea. Unfortunately, this solution won't work because my Diamond Club email is fake. If my Diamond Club email is fake, then I can't receive emails from Diamond Club. My email is fake. Consequently, I can't receive emails.
Dear all
As you are aware, you will no longer be able earn or redeem your destinations miles after 27 October, with the exception of UK customers with a bmi Credit Card who can continue to earn destinations miles and transfer them to Avios in the Executive Club.

1. If I log in to my Diamond Club account and change my profile address to a UK address, will my account stay active after October 27, 2012?
2. Do you think you will be able to tweak the log in form on the Diamond Club homepage so that Diamond Club members can log in with their account number instead of email address?

Anyone know how long you have to wait to login after receiving a password from DC?
Keeps saying my email/password is incorrect. Email isn't recognised by the website when I do request your password.
Will try again later.
EDIT - 'Combine my miles' on the BAEC does recognise the password emailled to me, so despite the DC website not playing ball, my avios have transferred and all is well.

That always was a bizarre promotion, and it was never marketed in any way, to the point where we were speculating whether it really existed or whether it was just an error on the web site. I booked a few BA flights with this card on the basis that others had reported it worked, but it always seemed strange.
Cancelling my bmi card this week anyway as my year is up and it's not worth the £85 fee now the status miles and other perks are worthless.

Important Thoughts
Two important questions which must come to mind of any cautious customer:
- Why do they have an *.org" address? Is that airline an organization? Hmm?
- Why are we iloyal customers? (URL = https://www.diamondclub.org/iloyal-M...rtal/loginFlow)

- Because diamondclub.com is already taken and diamondclub.co.uk is too territorially restrictive.
- Because they are probably using the iLoyal CRM system (http://www.ibsplc.com/Customer-Relat...-software.html)
