As of 2/12/14: We've had quite a few "Hey, come use this AWD. It's great" type of posts. When the AWD doesn't give a good discount, but is only posted to try to get renters to use the AWD of someone so the poster can earn free days from their Avis Corporate account. From here out, please put the company/trade group/etc that's associated with the AWD or we'll delete the post to keep it on-topic here.

Do you have to be a US citizen for it or anything or is that for all Amazon employees globally?

I'd like to pick up a car on the east coast and drop it off in Chicago.
Approximate time of rental: one week
What codes might exist to allow no one way fees along with good rates?
I dont need CDW coverage as my insurance will cover this - but does not hurt to have...
Edited to add:
I do need something with unlimited mileage included obviously

It's a Queensland government rate which is why it's probably giving an excellent rate. Odds are, you will be asked for ID.

For those hunting for int'l codes, I found that in Chile most of the "great" codes posted above didn't reduce my rate at all. But the AARP Readers code (A359811) knocked almost 15% off, which is the best I could find. So that's definitely one to try.
Has anyone seen a coupon code that works overseas? I tried a couple from this thread with no success.

I'm currently finding that the BA AWD N744440 / N744300 is giving me okay rates on Avis DE at the moment. I used to use the Costco A108326 one but it's not really making any difference anymore

Success in using the Bombardier code at a major airport location this week. Friendly guy even said "oh, you're that plane company".

I just tried the Bombadier code on the site and it really gave me a good price. Almost $100 off my 5 day rental.
But I did notice one thing. There's no mileage included with the Bombadier code, it's .25/mile. Just something to be wary of for those who want to use it and plan on driving a lot. Since I was planning on at least 500 miles, it actually would end up more expensive.
