Yes but if you try to push a digit nothing happens. Apparently the bank knows about this though.

not miles has been posted to lifemiles account after LM credit card statement closed on 09/11? it is 9/15 today.
update: still nothing as of 09/18
update: nothing as of 09/21....tweeted @lifemiles and they replied that they will investigate it.
update: 9/26 still nothing. seemingly I am the only person using this card....
update: 9/28 earned miles were posted on 9/28 finally....assuming it was due to lifemiles system hiccup.

Funny with this card: When I tried to apply for it got message saying they needed a bunch of financial backup to process so I quit it. A few weeks later the card shows up in the mail with a 25k limit. Ok. No mention of a signup bonus anywhere so I make a small purchase and still nothing. Was debating on whether to cancel but held on.

Statement date comes and was concerned about whether I'd get the 60k or 40k bonus or nothing at all but just posted the 60k bonus 1 day after the statement closed. Transaction date actually is the same date as the statement close. I also bought 51000 miles at the 2x + 15% bonus offer.

So now I've got 170k LifeMiles and looking for redemption sweetpots. Any ideas/suggestions?

Yes, 60k bonus.

Now trying to use their website to book some flights. Forgot all their domestic flights would be on United which is the only major US airline I don't fly much. Mostly because they are Newark Airport based in NYC area.

Applied for this card, most annoying application process. Wouldnt accept my address so had to use my old address (just moved), and then it asked for pay stub and a bunch of nonsense. After weeks, got approved. Received the card in the mail and decided to use it at McDonalds. Instantly declined. Called and was told the account was blocked by the Fraud Risk Control Team. Got the number and called them and was told to send ID/Passport in color and a utility bill to [email protected]. I sent in my T-Mobile bill with that address and a photograph of my passport and then a week later, my account was closed. I called and asked why, and was told to wait for a letter. The letter said I sent in unsatisfactory documents and the account closure was permanent. I am furious. This is the biggest waste of my time and the only thing I could see that went wrong on my end was that the T-Mobile displayed my address upside down in the PDF. It is just how the bills are displayed.

I see that several posters went through the same hassle as me getting approved but blocked later. Not sure if anyone else had their accounts closed. It is reported on Credit Karma as closed, but doesn't say by issuer or by consumer. I am wondering if this will bar me from applying for this card again when the next 60k appears. I am purely getting the 60k and would never put a cent of spend on the card afterwards. And would ask for AF waiver or shut down at the year's anniversary.

Any insight would be appreciated and sorry for my silly rant. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year everyone!

for the past 2 months, lifetimes account doesn't post grocery purchase bonus miles, so only 1x miles, not 2x miles for grocery purchase. I contacted lifemiles, they opened the investigation and after over a month, the so called investigation is still going.

April credit card statement closed, lifemiles account only had 1 mile per grocery dollar purchase posted, the bonus mile/dollar is missing again, 3 months in a row, what a pain in the rear company.

Annual fee waived again (beginning of 3rd year). Regular CSR said no way, will only waive once per lifetime of card. I said let's close the account. Transferred me to an "account specialist" who quickly said I "qualify" for the fee to be waived again... So keeping the card for another year, it's good for Lifemiles purchases.

Applied on Friday. They requested two of my most recent paystubs. Received the approval email today. $10k starting limit. EQ score was 804 at time of app.

Just called to cancel, first agent took all the details, asked 'are you sure' and then transferred me to a 'specialist'. That agent took all the details and offered to waive the annual fee. Accepted the offer.
