Interesting point to consider.
When a bank cancels your card it is a negative "ding" to your credit score.
I'm planning on canceling my card before it expires.
Anyone else have any thoughts about this?

For the record, the closure of the BP AV card dinged my score by 4 points.There are worse things in life...
