No mask required on the plane. However some passengers still wear them.

am i understanding correctly that asiana has a cancellation fee of $200? I'm looking to book a business class cash ticket in march speculatively. might have to cancel but would be okay with a $200 cancellation fee.

Apologies if this has been answered in other threads lately, only found old threads from 2012/13.

Does Asiana/Incheon keep overnight baggage or will I be required to pick up? Coming in from Okinawa in afternoon and continuing to Germany the morning after. (OKA-ICN-FRA)

What benefits do you get on Asiana metal as *G? I'm United Gold so want to know if I get a free checked-in bag

Regarding the last ever Asiana 747-400 passenger flight, March 25
Anyone on FT planning to join the final flight?

I wanted to be on the flight but have a conflicting schedule so I won't be able to join in.
Please chime in or send me a PM if you are planning to be on board.
Thank you very much in advance.

Has someone recently been able to book an award ticket with their US Call Center?

Whenever I call (during opening hours) and select option 5 to be connected to reservations, I get a message that they are experiencing extremely high call volume, asking me to callback later, and then the syste m disconnects the call.

Is there a better way to book a star alliance partner award ticket?

Thanks

I snagged two YVR-SFO-ICN one-way in J using AC AP after I got an availability notification from an award travel search engine. It's been 12 hours since I booked and I am not having any luck pulling up the booking on OZ website for the SFO-ICN segment. Keep on getting that error shown in the screenshot.

I can, however, pull up the booking on both AC and UA's website (YVR-SFO is UA). AC and OZ share the same booking reference #. UA is different.

Booking No: I tried both AC/OZ and UA.
Boarding Date: I put date of departure from SFO
Departure City: tried SFO and YVR
Arrival City: ICN
Last and First Name: Tried mine and my gfs.

Anyone know if there's a delay on OZ booking system after I booked the award flights on AC AP?

Hi, I would like to redeem my KF to Asiana flight OZ102 in J, however I wonder if its possible to choose Business Suite seat manually for free? Or I need to pay for an upgrade? If so, any sources about the details and price for the upgrades? Thank you!

Am I correct in thinking that partner booked (Aeroplan) flights can't be added to my "flyasiana" account?
I can pull up the reservation using the res code on Aeroplan, but I can't see any option to add it to my account.
I did seat selection via Aeroplan website so that part is OK..

Thanks.

Had the same issue today. I think you need to create an account with Asiana. I can view my itinerary booked with Aeroplan after logging in.

Does anyone know if OZ Club has an e-mail support?

[email protected] seems to be the thing I found but that's for the US office.
