Bellagio data point.

- Stayed during mid-March 2018
- 2 Resort two queen rooms booked under 1 reservation, group of 5
- Checkin: was given a sheet (attached below) detailing the benefits and told that the benefits apply per room (different than what AMEX told me when calling them prior to the trip - AMEX said per reservation for the breakfast and F&B credit)
- There was a centurion additional amenity but I am not eligible so not sure what that is
- Dined at Cafe Bellagio for dinner and Palio for breakfast - 1 bill and split the charges evenly to both rooms for both restaurants - pre-tax amounts were all under the benefit amount
- On the folio at check out, Cafe Bellagio was charged for tax and tip, Palio was fully charged as if no benefit applied - was in a hurry to leave so didn't settle at the property
- Submit a billing inquiry at https://www2.mgmresorts.com/billing/ and was contacted via email two days later (which is today) with refunds - so that both Cafe Bellagio and Palio were only charged for tips

Do any of the Bellagio dining options offer a good steak. As I recall, Prime is not on the list where you can use the food credit.

I'm actually looking at Bellagio too. Has anyone used Chase's Luxury Hotel and Resort Collection program? It looks like the price and benefits at Bellagio are exactly the same, except the $100 credit can be used at more restaurants through the Chase program. (They list The Buffet, Café Bellagio, FIX, Harvest by Roy Ellamar, Jasmine, Lago by Jilian Serrano, MICHAEL MINA, Lily Bar & Lounge, Petrossian Bar, Harvest and Pool Café.)

Arrow Palazzo Las Vegas Via AMEX FHR

I just got back from a 2 Night Stay at the Palazzo Las Vegas booked via Amex Travel FHR. I did notice the rate through AMEX was $149 per night and only $111 per night booked through Palazzo directly but with the F&B credit being worth $195, a room upgrade & a $100 Spa Credit it was still a no brainer to book through AMEX.

When I entered the lobby there were about 10 people in the standard check-in line and nobody in line at the Invited Guest counter so I went there. Once I got to the counter I did notice a small sign on the counter that said Fine Hotels & Resorts. The check-in process was easy and she did go over the perks from FHR which were $65 Daily "Breakfast Credit" which is really just a daily F&B credit. I did take advantage of using it for my arrival day, day 2 & my check-out day. I did check out via text after we ate of course. When I reviewed the folio later I did not see any physical $65 FB credits but instead seen adjusted amounts for my meals that exceeded $65.

The other perk was a room upgrade. In this case they put us in the same room type but up high on the 40th floor with a killer view.

Next perk was a $100 spa credit which after talking to the spa staff is only good for actual spa services like massage or facials which start at $200. So I find this perk useless for most and great for people who were planning on a massage. I would to see this changed back to the $100 Resort Credit instead.

So you we able to receive breakfast credit on check in day, middle day and check out day of a two night reservation? Is this normal for FHR stays?

Yes that is correct which is great. $65 on the check-in day, $65 each day during your stay in between check-in/out days, and $65 on your check out day (assuming you room charge a meal before you actually check out.

It's not normal for FHR stays, though a few properties in Vegas seem to do it. I wouldn't expect it anywhere else in the world (though you never know when you might be pleasantly surprised).

Cosmopolitan

Just called in to the Cosmo to get a clarification on pricing and benefits. They said the breakfast benefit only applies to the buffet, and said it used to apply to room service but recently changed. They confirmed that they reduce the resort fee by $5 per day for the internet requirement.

I've stayed at the Palazzo through FHR a number of times, and never realised that.

Anyone see the new Amex Offer for the Wynn that started a few days ago? It says must be booked through the Wynn website, but it sounds like it might work with a FHR booking.

Anyone know if this offer will work with FHR based off of previous Amex Offers?
The other question I have is it seems like Wynn restaurant charges seem like they'll trigger the Amex Offer. Am I reading that right? Might be easier to split the charges on multiple cards instead of asking them to charge 3 cards each $300.

Get a one-time $60 statement credit by using your enrolled Card to spend $300+ on room rate, room charges, and at select restaurants when you pay for your stay with Wynn Las Vegas and Encore from 5/7/2018 to 9/13/2018. See terms for exclusions.OFFER TERMS

Enrollment limited. Must first add offer to Card and use same Card to redeem. Only U.S.-issued American ExpressŪ Cards are eligible. Offer valid only for room rate, room charges, select food and beverage establishments, and spas at Wynn Las Vegas and Encore. Lodging reservations must be made directly through Wynn Las Vegas at wynnlasvegas.com or via the mobile app. Offer not valid for lodging stays that are paid for before the promotion start date or after the promotion end date. If American Express does not receive information that identifies your transaction as qualifying for the offer, you will not receive the statement credit. For example, your transaction will not qualify if it is not made directly with the merchant. In addition, in most cases, you may not receive the statement credit if your transaction is made with an electronic wallet or through a third party or if the merchant uses a mobile or wireless card reader to process it. My experience with this (for other Vegas properties) is that booking through FHR, paying with the card in which you are registered for the promotion, triggers the incentive.
