I never received an email but still received the credit. I think most people did not receive an email for this deal.

Amex Sync Offers

Two questions:
1. I had the Del Friscos offer a while back...$15 off $50. Charged my $48 meal and added a $9 tip. Total charge of $57 went through but credit never posted. Amex reps consistently say: yes, it qualifies...the credit will come eventually. How much harder should I push them for it? It's almost to the end of my third billing cycle since the charge posted.

2. Any rhyme or reason to the cards they target offers to? I get sending some of the more fancy ones to the Plat card, but recently got a National $25 off $250 on Mrs.Lee's blue card (I am AU...the two cards always seem to have the same offers) that she uses frequently but I rarely use. I put a $300 National charge weekly on my DL Amex, but the offer was only for her Blue card. Not even my own Blue card!

Received an offer for Smart & Final $25 off $50 spend up to 3x per card.

The T&C does not specifically exclude GC's. Can anyone venture an educated guess as to whether they would qualify?

Did this offer over my PLT Card, got it 3x on each card. Bought Gift cards. Just saw posted credit on my account a few days ago. Run don't walk to S&F

UPDATE: I just returned from Smart & Final and received 3 "Congrats! You just used your Amex offer" emails. $51.03 grocery and 2x $50 Shell GC's. The person who rang me up even mentioned how great a deal it was without me mentioning it when she saw my Amex card.

So Sam's does not allow non-members to purchase eGift cards, is that correct? Does a Sam's gift card work the same as like at Costco (don't need a membership to use)?

Used the Home Depot twitter offer on 2 Amex cards this evening. Plenty of BP gifts cards on the rack & received email from amex before I left the store.
