As I reported in the Delta forum, the museum store purchase did not work. The charge changed to DELTA MUSEUM when it settled. The 25,000 miles for first purhcase posted properly.

I thought it takes 2-4 weeks to post. Do you think we would have got the credit by now?

Those who purchased Delta miles already got their credits, so I am not hopeful that purchases from "DELTA MUSEUM" will trigger the credit.

If it helps, I paid taxes/fees on a DL award ticket and the $100 credit posted promptly.

Number/Name not linked on card

When you get your cards double check that the name on the card is not just your last name and that it has your delta number. For me neither my first name nor my delta number were on the card while for my wife her her delta number did not appear.

When I called AMEX they said they'd mail me another card and link the number and today I got an email saying the card has been mailed. For her, I haven't had a chance to call yet.

Were the taxes and fees $100 or does any Delta purchase ( a $5 award ticket fee) entitle you to a $100 statement credit ?

Thanks

Also, I noticed that I never saw a field to input my Delta SkyMiles number nor did I see it displayed during verification. However, I did embed it into the link provided. Hopefully my card has the correct SkyMiles number attached to it.

When asking total annual income can you put the income as a family (husband and wife) or just the person applying for the card? We're applying for my wife and she makes considerably less by herself.

Any better ( cheaper) way to get the $100 Credit than buying 2000 Delta Miles for $70 ? I have no plans t book a flight or fly delta within the 90 days you have to make the purchase.

Thanks
