Click on the link in post 443 in firefox private mode. Once it opens in firefox, in the address bar, change the name and skymiles number to your name and skymiles number. Hit enter on your browser so that it loads the page with your information on it. Fill up with the information it asks for even if some personal information is missing information on the form. When you hit continue, you will be given an option to supply the missing form and hit submit. ^

You do not have to use firefox. Use Chrome or Safari if it supports Private mode.

Approved via email in 2 minutes. Of course, took screen shots of the app and also copy/pasted the t&c into a word doc to use when the points don't post and I have to fax the proof over to Delta AMEX to get the points. Just like last time!
