I flew SMF-DFW-MSY on 3/27/26 and MSY-DFW-SMF on 3/29/26.
The first flight SMF-DFW did not post as usual; the subsequent 3 flights posted promptly.
I call AACS and was reminded that flights might take 2 weeks to post.
But the agent the posted the missing first flight while I was on the phone.
It was posted in H class even though it was paid premium class.
But with revenue based earning that does not actually matter I believe.
Anyway it was hard to understand why the system missed the first flight of 4 segments.

Flew 04 APR 2026, AA742 PHL-BCN. Purchased (with money) business class. Flew, on-schedule, on-time, no IRROPS. AA ticket stock, AA metal, purchased on AA website.
Now five+ days after I landed, and those miles haven't yet posted. ("May take up to two weeks". But, of course, it shouldn't...).
(The 2500 insult for "customer care" swearing up and down how much they understand and agree and care about how important it is to NOT deplane by stairs and buses from a capital intercontinental flight on arriving to a basically ghost-town airport, instead of gate and jetbridge - posted immediately 🙄

Final update - called on 4/13 (11 days after flight). miles still stuck in pending. Put me on hold to talk to a supervisor. after 15 minutes came back and said that the miles have posted.
I don't know how long it would have taken without prompting. I just wanted to get this done so I didn't have to track it to make sure it got done.

Has anyone experienced a flight posting and then disappearing?
I am pretty sure that I saw my outbound flight in my activity (although every few weeks, I have to wipe the app storage and cache and re-log in to make the activity page work again, so I may not be remembering right), and now it is not there. The return is present.

Oh, *sigh*. After several go-rounds with AA Customer "Service", with "we hear you/ your feedback is important" (and nothing else in the message), and a couple of other misdirections, I finally received (again packed in with unnecessary diversionary language) "The return flight miles post on the AA Activity line for the first segment; you have to click on that segment to expand and see it". Which should have been the very first reply (not the fifth). And which shouldn't be how it works ANYWAY, since the AA ACTIVITY list should have an entry per ACTIVITY, such as, you know, putting my valuable butt onto AA metal and - the metal do it this time - ACTIVELY FLYING.
*SIGH* :facepalm
(So, in fact, this WASN'T a "Slow posting of flights" case, it was yet another "Poor AA I.T. design, poor AA Customer Service quality case).

Long shot, but anytime its a return leg, they seem to be posting now under the first flight flown. I was struggling to find where my 4/14 flight posted, because I could SEE the miles but didnt see the flight. I have to look back on 3/2 and down to the third leg on that day.
