I'll end the year at about $20k in EQD and 206k in EQM.
SFO based, spent most of the year in the ~12-14k range and cleared 83% of upgrades, including 5/6 attempts on SWUs (mostly LAX-HKG, though one HND-LAX). I agree the median is probably in the 14-15k range

As another datapoint, as of 01Dec (all domestic):
EQD - 21,553
EQM - 145,999
EQS - 155
I've figured a 78% upgrade rate YTD.
I expect to finish out the year at about 23k EQD. I am EWR-based and I do sometimes have trouble clearing the early afternoon EWR-DFW flights; they seem to be rather heavy on paid F and I would venture that the average EQD of a NYC-area based flyer might be higher than mine.
I'm surprised to hear those transcons (I assume SFO-JFK) are clearing so easily for you; I must travel at the wrong time of day and in fact started avoiding them due to missing upgrades about half the time.

I'll finish the year at
EQD: $13k
EQM: 106k
I'm definitely at the lower end of the EXP ladder. In general, you'll probably see a large distribution of folks around 12k-15k. The top EXP most likely has somewhere around $75k EQD. It's possible there are EXP's with even higher EQDs, but as EQDs get higher the likelihood of them getting the CK invite increase correspondingly. Though of course I guess it's possible there's some poor EXP out there with $100k EQD still waiting on a CK invite.

I'm at $17k EQD, 171k EQMs with 42 EQS, likely to finish around $19k, 180k, and 46 at year end. Fly mostly int'l on AA and QR, while UA gets most of my domestic flights and some int'l too.

The most remarkable thing about this thread to me is the upgrade rates that people are quoting. I'm above the median EQD numbers, but clearing less than 40% of my domestic upgrades. (My W-to-J op-up percentage on BA is actually better.)
Yet more evidence that flying AA ex-DFW is an incredibly bad idea.

EQDs: $13,621
EQMs: 111,988
Just a mileage-runner here. I take at least one mini-vacation per month and also have top-tier status with DL.
$10k of my EQDs were in the last two months....and I have another $6k MQDs planned through next May so my ROLLING EQDs will be quite nice over the next few months!

Per my calculations, I will finish the year with $12,049 EQDs and 100,772 EQMs which means, I will at the bottom on the upgrade list and whoever is below me, will be PLT Pro for sure
