I did a decent amount of partner flying (PE on JL and BA and one trip on AB in C). I was upgraded about 70% of the time domestically and 50% of my SWU requests cleared.

This is me:
This was an unusually high year for me; I'd normally expect to be about half this. As a data point, this EQD spend was enough to be #1 on the upgrade list for LGA/ORD in both directions (and getting the last single seat available).

EQM - ~150k
EQD - ~18k
EQS - ~120
On domestic flights only time I didn't clear was a couple of DFW/LAX segments. Only SWUs that didn't clear was DFW/CDG round-trip after they switched to 787 (nobody cleared at gate, I was #1 on the list both times).

Fly a lot of Intl J on a variety OW Partners (RJ, QR, BA, CX), so my spend is actually higher, but not as much EQD credit on AA, and no CK as far as I can tell (which is a bit disappointing)
Domestic upgrade percentage has been sub-par out of LAX and DFW. Just requested a status match and was granted Premier 1K on United as of today. Considering trying Star Alliance to begin 2018.

Done for the year. normally I do 100+ segments with weekly domestic travel. But had some international this year and a lighter travel schedule. Not excited to be at the bottom of the domestic upgrade pool, but I do the M-Th trek from a non-hub so even as a low level EXP still get nearly a 100% upgrade rate (although a 319 appearing on one of my main routes has me clearing at the gate more often than I prefer). Only ever book in Y, so no premium cabin bonuses for me
