Duck is actually delicious in general and definitely nothing like chicken - better actually if done right.

However, the duck AA serves is horrendous. All the traits you mentioned plus bland and the ingredients they use just doesn’t click (BBQ? Really?).

Maybe try doing with plum sauce instead.

Less trash is good, if you ask me.
The meals being served are still the same just the packaging is different. Mainly it takes up less space for disposal and passengers do not have to sit with a large box taking up room when their done eating. While its not the best presentation it is an overall benefit.

english bfast vs cold plate
Can anyone recommend the Cold Plate vs the English Breakfast LHR-ORD? Or any other standouts? I do like bagel and lox, but the listing makes no mention of bagel/bread though i must assume something like that is served.

Here are the choices for DFW-LHR in F next week. Leaning towards the Rendang, anyone have any advice?

I don't necessarily think it is, I would say the salmon would be the safe bet. But I have never had rendang before and after googling I was intrigued, so I guess I am going with that now. Will report back
