My SWU are fixed. My stickers appear again, but with 4 extra. I'm EXP so can't earn them. Not complaining ^

Same here, my SWU are fine (which is all I care about) but I still have 514 stickers showing up on my account. My android app shows the same.

While the recent history of my 500-mi stickers is not accurate (it shows additions but not deductions), AA.com is showing what I believe to be the correct number of stickers I have.
I had a LAX-EWR flight a few weeks ago where initially it looked like they only deducted 2 stickers instead of 5, but sadly it looks like that has now been corrected...

My stickers online are still wrong. iPhone app is showing an different amount, also still wrong. Agent has the right count.

I understand that your question is about getting extra stickers. But what do you do when they take out stickers when agents advised you that you were upgraded for status of EXP, or for an other reason---but about two wee=ks later you find out that AA also took out a bunch of 500 mile stickers. ???

My number of upgrade stickers is still wrong but now in the wrong direction. My acct was saying 68 but now it has dropped down to 12 where it should be 32. Called AA and they showed 32 in their system so hopefully that doesnt change.
5 mins after getting off the phone i refreshed and it is now correct.
I was incorrect I was looking at the January summary which had my correct number of 32 the current status showed an incorrect 12.
Now it is unavailable again.

My SWU balance is now correct (it was one more than it should have been). My 500-mile upgrade balance should be 16. During the wild ride, it went to 20, then to 44, then to 88 and is of today at 25; the iphone app concurs.

My SWUs are now fixed. Stickers are still showing 8 instead of 2, but the upgrade detail page is still giving the error message.

Oddly enough, I still see that error on the website, but the phone apps, which had been showing an incorrect amount at 11 (instead of 8), since my upgrade in December (1 subtracted instead of 4), now shows 12, including 4 added on Jan 31. The 4 should have been added a couple of weeks ago as I had past at 10K mark on AA 100 JFK-LHR Jan 17/18

My ipad says 0. AA's website a few days ago had me at 8. My iPhone shows 16. The correct number is 11.
