My number of upgrade stickers is still wrong but now in the wrong direction. My acct was saying 68 but now it has dropped down to 12 where it should be 32. Called AA and they showed 32 in their system so hopefully that doesnt change.
5 mins after getting off the phone i refreshed and it is now correct.
I was incorrect I was looking at the January summary which had my correct number of 32 the current status showed an incorrect 12.
Now it is unavailable again.
