How often do swaps occur? I'm on NH 9 end of Dec currently showing old config - is there a chance of a new config?

There is always a chance, but I would say very slim. More likely that a swap would go from new to old.

I find it frustrating that the Bay Area which already has 2 ANA flights between SFO and SJC and is getting a third has had no news about the new product. Clearly a well-travelled route (once ANA launches, there will be seven flights a day from SFO/SJC to Tokyo and one to KIX). Maybe it's going to launch on the SFO-HND route or something.

I believe SFO is rumored to be the 4th route. I saw this in multiple travel blogs. One even claimed their source was reputable. Don't expect it to be arriving soon though.

My flight from FRA to HND in March just a seat changed notification. I checked it out, and it appears they have changed the seatmap to the new config

Awesome, I hope it’s the new configuration! I’m due to fly this in late May, May I ask your flight numbers?

Im having trouble accessing the seating plan for some reason!

My. booking is on NH224 FRA-HND and back on NH203 on HND-FRA... I’ve not been sent any seat/product update emails... but hopefully it comes in!

And maybe I should sign up for expert flyer to check the layout :-D

Still seems to show old layout as much as I can see at the moment

Supposedly after January 1, but you can make a dummy booking and see if the new product is on a specific flight. Note, they do seem to update by season so it may not be fully loaded to EOC.

Both JA796A and JA798A are being ferried to HND right now, which means we may see the new seats being rolled out to HND-FRA very soon (given that TYO-JFK only needs three aircrafts and HND-LHR needs two, and now we have six with the new configuration).
