Does AS fly to Switzerland? LOL
95% of the family is here in the PDX area. That's not the issue. It's planning food, drink and activities for 50+ people. Plus trying to park all these people at my grandparents' house without having them park in the lawn or in the field behind the house...

Yeah, PDX-Doo doesn't roll off the tongue quite as well. I like Rose-Do, though.
Mom and I were actually talking about possibly putting something together on our way home from Missy's...but then life happened and we haven't talked about it since. LOL

...And the interview? Will we be having the WSU DO in GEG next year?
(Sounds better then PDX/Rose DO... WSU DO!)

I'm hoping for an offer from the interview, that's for sure. I was interviewed for a Master's degree level position...with only a Bachelor's degree. That obviously says something about my experience, though. Especially when they tell me in the interview that my experience is exactly what the position entails.
And yes, a WSU DO sounds much better than Rose Do.
EDIT: Oh, I forgot...I was on the WSU CRJ for PDX-SEA and SEA-GEG. And my GEG-SEA leg was on the alaskaair.com scheme.

I did enjoy the AS experience. I paid (*blushes*) for an upgrade to first and...well, as I told jackal via text message...I don't think I can ever go back to coach after that! LOL

And glad you got to experience AS F, and learning my problem...
Cool to hear about the job too...

Dude. You. Have. No. Idea. What. You're. Missing.
BA F makes AS F look like coach. No, nevermind that. It makes it look like coach on an RJ. A US RJ.
Seriously, AS F is worse than World Traveller Plus. I walked through the World Traveller Plus cabin on boarding, thinking that it was Club World (business), and remarking to myself that it looked nice compared to AS F. Only later did I happen to stroll through the real Club World cabin (which has real flat beds!) did I realize (er, realise--I've got to remember where I am!) that I had been looking at WT+. Wow.
Pictures to be posted on Flickr, Facebook, and maybe linked here hopefully sooner rather than later. (Camera import got screwy, though, so I may have lost some of the pictures... )
Uh, since I'd have to deal with beckoa, I'm not touching that one with a 1,448-mile pole...
