Better than nothing, but a lazy FA. Service manual is 10am and after, which this flight was per your meal post.

overall, the service was just OK. Nothing special but nothing to really complain about either. I was most annoyed about how small the entrée was.

AS131SEA-ANC 2:35 PM departure

Only water offered as PDB’s. Now that is LAZY!!! Better than nothing I guess. The statement on the cup is hilarious considering the circumstances!!
AS Flyer and pcoll like this.

AS409 from ORD > SEA. PDBs were water, OJ or mimosa (heavy on the bubbles). Service was pleasant and proactive, but plane showed its age (old 737-800 with carpeted walls).

write it up. NolaGent was right - lazy and the bubbles were supposed to be offered.

Water, OJ, or champagne on AS 2270 FCA-SEA today. First time I've seen a PDB at FCA.

AS850 PAE > HNL on 3/23:
Water, coffee, or a POG mimosa.

AS849 HNL > PAE on 3/28 -- running an hour behind schedule, no PDB.

AS589 DAL > SEA on 3/27:
Water, OJ, or "champagne" offered! I was shocked, after not being offered a PDB of any sort for ages.
AS 135 SEA > ANC on 3/27:
Ditto! Offered all three.
Also had fantastic crews on this trip. I wonder whether, after the threat of a strike is over and a contract is signed, how quickly service will return to "we're better than the other carriers, but...not by much" standards!

Last edited by Legend717; Mar 31, 2024 at 1:02 am Reason: Yes, I actually CAN spell "champagne"
