Offers of a Pre-Departure Beverage (PDB) [2024]

AS 188 ANC-SEA 1/2/24 Coffee, OJ or Water offered before takeoff. Service was great throughout the flight.

AS 710 SEA-DEN 1/2/2024 No PDB's offerd but the FA did take drink & dinner orders prior to door closing. Good service in the air. Flight was around 3 hours late due to mechanical problems.

Passing through the cabin, on my way to the back, on 1/5 on both AS1165 LAX-PDX and AS1188 PDX-LAX, PBD were being served.

AS 3490. SAN >> SFO. E75 by skywest. Only boxed water at seat.

However, inflight...amazing service though. I did write in.

No water at seat or PDB on AS439 last night. The FA in F was also no where to be found after meal service. The two combined resulted in a complaint to AS listens

AS3431 SJC-SAN 1/10/24. Boxed water at seat, and flight attendant proactively offered “anything else” during boarding.

Cups of water offered during boarding. Service was amazing once in the air. A note has already been sent to Alaska Listens

AS 817 SEA-ANC 1/16/2024
Nothing offered. Service inflight was horrendous with an FA who simply did not want to be there

No snack basket on either flight
