AS3 DCA-SEA: spent 90 minutes onboard before finally pushing back, and not a thing. Set the tone for the rest of the service, unfortunately. Perfunctory and rather unprofessional crew.

no PDB. Very lightly loaded flight. Lead FA looked bored after boarding cause everyone boarded in about 10mins. So plenty of time.

Hope you wrote it up.

HNL/SFO. First she came around with only water. I thought that was it, but then POG mimosas arrived later.

Lovely (personable, amusing, attentive) FA Brandon proactively offered mimosas or water. (I didnt hear anyone ask for alternatives, but he seemed like nothing possible was too much trouble.)

He kept my wine topped up above what I wouldve asked for, so definitely not ungenerous with pours, yet I also heard him (I think) neatly avoid over-serving someone else through charm and distracting stories (without using the word no.) He was a real pro.

AS 198: 2/4/24. Offer of water, orange juice, champagne, or mimosa in F while the Y passengers were boarding. Not bad for a 1AM departure.

Anchorage to Seattle

No PDB of any kind. Very very very light loaded flight, maybe 50 pax on entire plane.

Early departure and short flight.

No boarding problems/excuses other than junior crew not following the sop 😩

Will submit Alaska Listens on landing.

PDB of water, coffee, or juice promptly offered on PDX-SEA and then SEA-PHL this morning. SEA-PHL had drinks in hand less than ten minutes after boarding started.

AS 31 JFK-SEA this morning. No PDBs

On the bright side, the crew is very nice, and the gate agent strictly enforced boarding zones. The line of people pulled out and told to wait was nearly longer than the PRI group!

AS292 SFO EWR

No pdb offered and we even left half an hour late. Havent seen a pdb yet this year but with rollovers, deqm and 20k from my boa cc I may not have any more AS this year. Maybe better luck in 25!

Just missed you!

AS 38 SFO-JFK: offered water or prosecco. Water distributed while catering does their thing. They just left so I imagine she's pouring the prosecco. Yay! ETA: she was indeed pouring the prosecco. Happy days!
