Interesting that your breakfast was all served at once while my two transcons SFO-EWR this week had the hot dish served separately after we finished the granola and yogurt and had those dishes removed. Did you request everything be served at one time?

Nope; they seemed to be serving everyone everything at once. My transcons this year have been a mix for breakfasts - sometimes they serve it coursed and sometimes all together. They seem to be more consistent about coursing for lunch/dinner flights

I don't know if I've posted in here for a while, so here goes.
11/6 PHX-PDX 725a departure: choice of some egg sandwich thing or yogurt thing with "granola." I picked at the yogurt and "granola," and found it passable. Excellent crew on this leg.
11/18 PHX-PDX 725a departure: see above. I was asleep so I was unable to verify if it was passable. Snack basket and coffee before arrival. I've started to realize the Alaska coffee is somewhat drinkable. Not as good as QF but still not half bad.
11/19 PDX-BOI 720p departure: snack basket
11/21 SEA-PHX 1145a departure: chicken salad or turkey sandwich that was posted above on a redeye. Only we got the whole sandwich. It was mostly bread as usual with that white "sauce" stuff. I'm glad I ate something because we ended up diverting to Tucson because of weather in Phoenix. Flight crew was fabulous though. Multiple rounds with the snack basket and kept us hydrated on the ground in Tucson.
Today I learned there's a Koreatown in Santa Clara. I grew up in San Jose and clearly never got out much as a kid.

Any recent experience with OAK-SEA? The distance is 672 mi, which is right below the 675 mi cutoff (SFO-SEA is right above).

PDB included orange juice or sparkling wine.
Options were the turkey burger or a salad (couldn't catch what was on it).
I ordered the turkey burger, which had cheese, lettuce, and tomatoes. Overall I did not think it was bad but it was at room temp.
