The lounge is about 70% full this morning and there's no sign outside the entrance except the large one announcing the new lounge. Last night about 30 minutes before closing the sign was out although the lounge was of course nearly empty by that time.

Denied Nov 20.
No priority list visible. Lounge said, "Only admitting Alaska Lounge members at this time. Everyone else is on the wait list. It will be a minimum of 30 minutes."
This is different than even the previous typed up policy. Now it seems there's really no priority. You're either AL member, and you get in, or something else, and you wait.
Clarification sought from both AA/AC and AS/AL.

Flew PDX LAX return. PDX lounge described the priority as Alaska Lounge members always admitted, everyone else goes to the list, including Admirals Club members.
On the way back I asked LAX how they handle it. They said Alaska Lounge and Admirals Club treated equally. This reflects the instructions I was told they were given some months ago when they were forcing the latter to go on a list even when the club wasn't at capacity.
So there isn't a consistent policy across lounges.

Inconsistent, yes, but what if you bought an AL+ pass and the AC didn't let you in? You paid a whole lot more than for a simple AL membership.

HNL-based flyer (with status).
First-class ticket nonstop PDX-HNL
I tried to enter the PDX lounge tonight at 4:30pm (5:40pm flight) and was turned away and told it would be a 40-min wait.
Id never seen this before, and I fly PDX-HNL in F multiple times a year. Agree it might be the new banks, as the agent said they turn on the waitlist 3x a day.
But those are literally the only times it makes sense to be at the airport now! Lol
Anyway I did the QR code (indicated F as the reason) and then it immediately said I was first in line and to make my way back. I showed it to the agent and she let me in immediately lol.
Agent was honestly quite friendly, but this kind of sucks. Having lounge access is legit one of the reasons my wife and I buy up to F on this flight. Weird its not actually bundled anymore.

Does anyone have recent datapoints regarding how Atmos cardholders are being handled at the PDX lounge?
They were going by a rule of members admitted with everyone else going to a waitlist. I'm wondering if that's still the case and if the priority for entry off the list seems to be the same as it was before....
Eligible First Class
Oneworld Elites
Summit Day Pass
Admirals Club
Day Pas
