You just reminded me to do same!

Another thing I noticed just now - on the FL website, the contact form doesn't pre-fill in the known fields (name, address, perhaps A+ rewards number which isn't even there...). Has it always been like this? Or has WN just kicked them down another knotch?
What a damn shame.

To the best of my knowledge the form has never filled in those fields.Originally Posted by BillyBaloney

This is the generic cut-and-paste response I received:
Unfortunately, at this time, AirTran Airways does not participate in the TSA Pre-Check Trusted Traveler/Global Entry program. I would recommend checking www.tsa.gov periodically to see if their program has been expanded to include AirTran Airways. I do apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
This "one size fits all" letter from Gary Kelly does not belong on the FL website, as it makes it sound as if FL is participating in PreCheck.Originally Posted by melissaru

This month, we are joining the Transportation Security Administrations Pre-Check program, an expedited screening initiative in select security checkpoint lanes that allows preapproved travelers to leave on their shoes, light outerwear, and belt; keep their laptop in its case; and keep their 3-1-1 compliant liquids/ gels bag in a carryon. The TSA Pre✓ fee-based application process allows U.S. citizens the opportunity to apply for expedited screening without a passport. To learn more about the program and how to apply, visit tsa.gov/TSA-Precheck. We will participate in the program in a phased approach, working with the TSA to bring this option to Customers in as many airports as possible.
