You just reminded me to do same!

Another thing I noticed just now - on the FL website, the contact form doesn't pre-fill in the known fields (name, address, perhaps A+ rewards number which isn't even there...). Has it always been like this? Or has WN just kicked them down another knotch?

What a damn shame.
