Slow posting of points from other programs to topbonus
What is going on these days? About 6 months ago, I transferred 25,000 SPG points to topbonus and the transfer went through in a couple of days.
Recently, I initiated a transfer of 1,500 miles from the Marriott program that took 8 weeks! This was longer than the Marriott program stated the transfer would take, so I emailed them, and they had to email their AB representative at least twice to get moving on the transfer.
10 days ago, I transferred SPG points again, and they are still not showing up in my topbonus account. I am still within the acceptable window, but this is slower than last time I transferred SPG points.
Given that there is a slow transfer from two separate programs, I wonder if the problem is on AB's end. Has anyone else noticed this? What could be the cause?

According to the information I got, this was due to the system changes to Amadeus and the necessary changes for the OW-Entry.
Anyway, these changes didn't come unexpected and they could have prevented the problems by providing additional support capacities.

An update of sorts
Well, I got am email response from them asking for my Starwood number. Hopefully, they can move this along.
I am eager to burn all of my topbonus miles on a one way J booking to North America and these last few miles are holding that up. Hopefully the same problems will not impact my ability to book that trip.
I agree it is frustrating since they knew this change was coming for a while.

Just an Update
22 days since I made the original request and still nothing. I sent a couple of emails through the AB website, received one reply, and nothing after that. SPG cannot help me until 30 days have elapsed. Last time I transferred points between SPG and AB, it took about 3 days.
This is just a warning to anyone who is thinking of transferring points/miles to topbonus right now. Possibly due to the OW merger, this piece has just stopped working.
