AB had problems with their support during the last weeks. There were periods when it was practically impossible to get through at the hotline and the IT struggled, too.
According to the information I got, this was due to the system changes to Amadeus and the necessary changes for the OW-Entry.
Anyway, these changes didn't come unexpected and they could have prevented the problems by providing additional support capacities.
