Flew SGN-SIN (SQ) SIN-AKL-WLG (NZ) arriving in WLG today and nothing has been credited yet.

Crediting was prompt as usual on departure a couple of weeks ago (NZ legs after take off and SQ leg later that day)

Nothing on 8 Mar 26

No APD SP or SP boost rally accrued domestically today.

I think we have enough data points to suggest that there is a widespread issue that I guess could resolve itself if Air New Zealand understands what the issue is

The new multicity interface seems to display when using Edge but the current interface displays with Chrome. Much prefer the current one, the new one just has too much wasted white space. Clearly someone is designing it to be used on a 32" desktop display and not for anything smaller.

I'm a huge fan of white space. But I agree that so many "new and improved" interfaces waste space and it's all about rounded corners and big buttons rather than functionality.

But back on track - has anyone had SP/APD/SP boosts credited this weekend?

I flew CHC-AKL on 5 March. I checked this morning after reading this thread and nothing has credited. I called the 0800 number and the staff member was nice but didnt know what was wrong or how to fix it. She logged a request to a review team so Ill see when they turn up.

I didn't think phoning would get points credited? I think it has to go through the online claim process.

Phoning used to be my standard mode of getting it sorted, and still is an option.

I have earn from one leg of a recent journey still not credited. Went to claim page and it immediately stated claim unsuccessful due to 'Data not in data store' - just complete nonsense. This was for completely normal, earned flights. That said, I did upgrade on that leg, and noticed after the upgrade went through, that the potential flight earnings display disappeared from the app, so probably some stuff-up in their system. I'll be calling next. The claims page said due to a backlog it could take 5 weeks to resolve any claims at present - as if!

First, try online. If online doesn't work then call/email is needed. Can take many weeks to resolve for such a 'manual' claim. The reasons why are not clear.

good to know. In the few cases Ive had issues Ive submitted online first, as I had assumed calling would just result in being told to submit to a different team online.

where the online process fails I have emailed the details (sometimes it was due to disrupts) and then they have corrected the issue via email. I guess I would call if the points accrual was time critical.

Has anyone had points accrued in the last weekend? About to fly again but not expecting any points accrual.

Nothing domestic for me this morning. Obviously a widespread outage.

Same here for domestic Friday morning and again yesterday. Submitted a claim for the Friday AM flights and it was immediately 'unsuccessful' with the 'i' hover saying "no matching data found in data store".

Wow I thought I was the only one!

Flew AKL-WLG last Thurs night with the whole fam and none of us credited. Tried retro-claim and got an unsuccessful - "no data found in the system" message. Guessing it's a widespread outage and probably related to releases for the new Koru.

What a debacle! Whilst I am not sure this 'outage' meets the threshold for advising customers as a discrete event, given AirNZ's inconsistency over recent years I do wonder if an email to Airpoints members should go out on this. Many members will be less 'diligent' on Airpoints/Status Points earning than the folks here.
