I flew CHC-AKL on 5 March. I checked this morning after reading this thread and nothing has credited. I called the 0800 number and the staff member was nice but didn’t know what was wrong or how to fix it. She logged a request to a review team so I’ll see when they turn up.
I didn't think phoning would get points credited? I think it has to go through the online claim process.
