good to know. In the few cases I’ve had issues I’ve submitted online first, as I had assumed calling would just result in being told to submit to a different team online.
where the online process “fails” I have emailed the details (sometimes it was due to disrupts) and then they have corrected the issue via email. I guess I would call if the points accrual was time critical.
Has anyone had points accrued in the last weekend? About to fly again but not expecting any points accrual.
