Is the conversion the other way still at the same level (4000 FB miles = 1000 Accor points)? If FB and Accor miles are deemed equal value transferring one way it is kind of disappointing to not see a similar valuation the other way as well. If 2000 FB miles could be transfered into 2000 Accor points I'd be staying at Accor a whole lot more! ;-)

On my last recent 3 stays in Accor hotel, last week (all with checkout the same week) I only get the miles credited to my FB account for my last stay ; For the first 2 ones no FB miles credited.
The ALL points have been all correctly credited for all the stay.
Am I only one in this case ? Who to contact FB or ALL ?

My last AF flight didn't credit in ALL (last leg of the same 4 legs PNR).
After almost a week of emails exchange Accor CS just acknowledged they're having an IT problem...

Reading you, I checked my account and, so far, it seems that everything is fine. But when you have a lot of flights and stays in a short period (my case), it’s not always easy to reconcile things as mutual credits does not show any detailed information (I mean, when an Accor stay is posting in FB, you don’t know which hotel it corresponds to, and vice-versa). So I keep an eye on it

And actually everything seems to be correct for me now both on ALL and FB.

Reference: https://all.accor.com/loyalty-progra...tions.en.shtml Section 4. From which:
(25 ALL Classic RP/€10) / (10 FB Miles/€10) = 2.5
(12.5 ALL Classic RP/€10) / (5 FB Miles/€10) = 2.5 at ibis, ibis Styles and Mama Shelter
For all of my Accor hotel stays (e.g. Pullman, ibis etc.) I can see that this happen e.g. some recent stays:
ibis Styles: 129 RP / 2.5 = 52 Miles
Novotel: 238 RP / 2.5 = 95 Miles
However, this past weekend I had a stay at a Mercure and an ibis Budget (in Poland so I get Reward/Status Points and Nights) and they have credited with more Flying Blue Miles than expected (I know these are low numbers, but I'm a stickler for everything adding up exactly):
Mercure: 88 RP / 75 Miles = 1.17 (instead of 2.5)
Ibis Budget: 37 RP / 36 Miles = 1.03 (instead of 2.5)
Why would this happen?
