I just spoke with flyingblue and they stated that seats z0 and o0 were unavailable, but they appear to be available and upgradeable according to this list?
Am I reading this incorrectly or has the list changed? He said the list probably changed minutes after I looked at it.

The flight is far very far away and the seatmap wasn't showing a single seat selected in every cabin. In my opinion, those fare classes will become available closer to the date if the plane doesn't fill as expected.

So one can always call FB and ask since technically all seats are available with miles now?
