AF flight paid with my AF Amex on Opodo. No "extra" Amex miles?

I have booked an AF ticket on www.opodo.fr. I normally book my flights on airfrance.fr but this time I found a great fare departing from London and was not able to book it on af.fr.
Unfortunately, I won't get the usual 1 EUR = 1 mile for AF tickets but only 0.6 mile / euro (same as for... easyJet tickets
. I thought that my purchase would be identified by Amex as an AF ticket but it's not the case.
Would I have gotten the full "1 for 1" rate if I had booked it and paid it on airfrance.co.uk ? (+ the usual Amex double exchange fee rip-off: GBP->USD->EUR
)

Was it a consolidated fare? How did it appear on your statement? I don't use opodo (they charge both an agency fee and a cc fee here in the UK) but with expedia and travelocity, when I buy a published fare with amex, it appears on my amex statement under the name of the operating carrier (with details of routing) and there is a separate charge for the agency fee. If it is a consolidated fare, however, the whole sum may appear on my statement as a payment to the agency.
If the former case, I would imagine that you would get your extra points. In the latter, the contrary would be true. I would imagine that you would still get your extra points if you bought them from www.airfrance.co.uk. However, afaik, you need a UK address to do that.

I guess I should have booked it over the phone with AF or gone to one of the AF agencies in Paris. I was afraid of being questionned by the agencies sales dragons (Are you French? Why do you want to depart from London? Are you a mileage runner? etc
)

Consolidated fares are unpublished fares. The fare you are describing sounds like an ordinary discount fare. Sounds like Opodo does not behave like other mainstream online agencies. Yet another reason to avoid them then
.
If your statement does not indicate carrier and routing, then this means that you are unlikely to get miles at the AF ticket accrual rate. You could always try and phone Amex France, but I would not hold too much hope if I were you. As far as Amex is concerned, this is a general goods and services purchase rather than an AF ticket purchase, in the sense that they regard opodo as the seller rather than AF.
re www.airfrance.co.uk: You definitely need a UK address if the route is not e-ticketable, as they will only post paper tickets to the UK. For e-ticketable itineraries, I was under the impression that the UK AF site required the use of a UK cc but this may have changed. If the issue arises again, try booking from the UK site and see what happens.
I wouldn't worry about getting grilled by CTO/phone agents. They could not care less. The disadvantage of going to a CTO or booking by phone though are the extra booking charges. Phoning AF UK would also have been an alternative. AFAIK, they have not yet introduced phone booking charges here.

I book the tickets online, make a 24h hold and call AF le Club to pay if i am not able to book on the foreign country AF website. it normally works fine.
and often the ticked + phone booking fares are less cheaper than a departure from France.

AFAIK we just get 1 = 1 mile instead of 1=1,4 miles
