Not sure what a "consolidated fare" exactly is. This was clearly a published fare, quoted on airfrance.co.uk , expedia.fr and opodo.fr . It's still there BTW. Booking class is "Z" (discounted business, not refundable etc.) AF charges about 1,000 EUR more for the same trip from CDG (w/o the LHR CDG segments of course). So it's definetely worth the 70 Eurostar R/T to catch this opportunity. Plus 3,000 miles for the LHR-CDG segments. ^

That's exactly the way it shows up on my statement.

Do you mean a UK postal address or a "UK Amex" based on UK bank account?

I guess I should have booked it over the phone with AF or gone to one of the AF agencies in Paris. I was afraid of being questionned by the agencies sales dragons (Are you French? Why do you want to depart from London? Are you a mileage runner? etc )
