Consolidated fares are unpublished fares. The fare you are describing sounds like an ordinary discount fare. Sounds like Opodo does not behave like other mainstream online agencies. Yet another reason to avoid them then .
If your statement does not indicate carrier and routing, then this means that you are unlikely to get miles at the AF ticket accrual rate. You could always try and phone Amex France, but I would not hold too much hope if I were you. As far as Amex is concerned, this is a general goods and services purchase rather than an AF ticket purchase, in the sense that they regard opodo as the seller rather than AF.

re www.airfrance.co.uk: You definitely need a UK address if the route is not e-ticketable, as they will only post paper tickets to the UK. For e-ticketable itineraries, I was under the impression that the UK AF site required the use of a UK cc but this may have changed. If the issue arises again, try booking from the UK site and see what happens.
I wouldn't worry about getting grilled by CTO/phone agents. They could not care less. The disadvantage of going to a CTO or booking by phone though are the extra booking charges. Phoning AF UK would also have been an alternative. AFAIK, they have not yet introduced phone booking charges here.
