Agree. Although I am still wondering why breakfast is so, what's the word....meh
Otherwise, that lasagna was just awful and has been around since well before the Signature Service. One of the other meal options was chicken, there was fish and possibly a 4th. The cabin smelled of curry as it seems a few people ordered that meal option. Sorry, don't have the menu.
And the AC website has been looking like this

Ac7546 - yyz-atl - 23jul2018
We haven't seen many pictures or menus in this thread for a while so here is my modest contribution.
AC7546 - YYZ-ATL - 23JUL2018
On two occasion today I noticed the PDB water bottle is now a generic AC-branded version instead of Naya. It seems to be the same thing that is served with meal trays in international Y.
And the menu for today:
Nuts and Sauvignon Blanc:
And the main event:
Spinach and strawberry salad was pretty good and fresh. The chicken was edible though I did find a piece of pure tendon/fat/nerve/unchewable material. The cheesecake was pretty good too, nice balance of sweetness and tartness.
Great service on this flight, I don't think I ever managed to empty my wine glass.

Four choices on 767 YYC-YYZ today. I chose sablefish. Other options were pasta, a kale and spinach salad and lamb stew.
Curried sablefish was done just right--not dried out and not fishy. Tasty with just a hint of heat.
Prawn appetizer was good and not oversalted as some have seen before.
Cheese plate offered as well. Seemed intermediate to signature service. Seat area was spotless!!!

I’m flying AC1040 (DEN-YYZ) in J. Flight leaves around 1830 local time. Is it a full meal service or should I eat before flight?
I checked the AC website for menu listings but none were available.

there will be the typical AC NA business class meal service. Salad, main course and desert come on the tray. Believe there should be 3 choices for main courses. It’s nothing special but if I paid for J I’m going to take advantage of the included meal and not pay for one ahead of time.

I flew DEN-YVR last week in J and had full meal service. It was a salad, 2 main choices and a dessert. I didn’t eat the mains or dessert as they didn’t get my gluten free request but the mains did look good from what I saw.

I ordered a SPML fruit plate because I was advised that the only option on this flight would be the omelette.
The SPML was not delivered or boarded.
Also, the menu showed 2 options - the omelette and the Healthy Breakfast.
Except no Healthy Breakfast meals were boarded.
This was the only meal served.
I know AC won't ever change it but I won't eat it. (Not sure if the sausage or the cheese scares me more )
So I had this part.
