There's a wiki at the top of http://www.flyertalk.com/forum/air-c...6-flights.html with the link to the form.

They're very responsive.

- Log in to flight pass, book a flight.

- Flight is R3, go in to request an eUp.

- Can get all the way to the "you need this many eUps" stage, and the "SUBMIT" button doesn't work in Chrome, Safari or Firefox.

- Go to call in, the wait time is >40 minutes, no option for a call-back.

FAIL.

EDIT: oh, this gets so much better.

So, if you're trying to eUp on a wide-body with a PE cabin, and have this same problem, it can apparently be addressed by repeatedly switching the "cabin select" toggle back and forth from "business" to "premium economy".

After a couple of shots of this, the script will finally recognize that it should be loading the script, and the "submit request" button becomes enabled.

XML Parsing Error: no element found
Location: https://services.aircanada.com/eupgw...vice/eupgrade/
Line Number 1, Column 1:

Had this error when trying to get a e-upgrade. Then I ended up on the Beta site. Tried a booking and was not impressed. I was scrolling up and down the page and what was before a few clicks to finish a booking is now 2 to 3 times more page views. . I also reduced the font to 80 percent . It must be designed for the hard to see customers.

Got directed to the beta site, went to click the link for flight passes and got this:

Why can't the Aeroplan booking tool handle YTO properly? IOW why do I have to go through every combination of potentially multi-city trips to find a round trip in/out of Toronto from one of its two airports?

Sigh

Annoying - other platforms seem to manage it all OK

I always get that one on on Chrome. Have had to use IE to checkin for the last 6 months.

It works 100% of the time for me in incognito mode or if I delete all cookies for aircanada.com.

Otherwise it works 0% of the time.

Agreed that this is a pain. For what it's worth, the beta site does seem to support the multi-airport codes. I've tried NYC, LON, YTO and TYO and all work.

Of course, the way the site displays the results is crap and difficult to see which airport it's offering, but it's AC, would be unlike them to improve one thing without screwing something up to offset it.

I've had mixed success with Chrome. I wouldn't say the failure rate is 100%, but it's probably over 80%. And I never do Incognito or clear cookies, because it shouldn't be my goddamned responsibility to do that to get a basic function of the website to work properly.

Here's a thought. Look at the freaking city I have in my profile before spamming me with this garbage.
