I started this thread and wiki in advance of the rebranding launch in order to preempt the multiple new threads that will be inevitably started, and giving a bit more "glue" to the information mixed in several other threads, as we have already started seeing.

The main purpose is to have all the rebranding information housed under this one thread.

Over time, as the rebranded products and services become mainstay and the norm, I anticipate that topics will go under their regular main threads such as International J meals, amenity kits, etc. At the same time, there is nothing wrong with posting in the other existing threads as well.

My international flying has been limited as of late, so any feedback, information, details, opinions, etc. from the rest here would be appreciated!

Amenities - Service Items
  • Matress pads folded in plastic wrap and placed at Pods by Cabin Services for customers to lay out themselves
  • New amenity kit by Montreal-based WANT Les Essentiels including premium eyeshades, microfibre cloth and vitruvi lip balm and lotion
  • Redesigned menu
  • New dishware and glassware (no change to cutlery, cups, champagne glass in J or stemmed wine glass in PY at this time)
  • New premium skincare products by Vancouver-based vitruvi in the J lavatories: soap, hand loation, facial mist

Beverage Service
  • Mimosa offered as a pre-departure beverage on breakfast flights (replaces sparkling water)

Just as a matter of interest, since the changeover to Laurent Perrier, the ground service sparkling on International has been Drappier. There must be a considerable supply, as a month and a half later they are still burning off residual stock. (And you thought you were drinking prosecco )

Not sure about lunch/dinner, but AC 737 today was basically the same breakfast as usual. I saw a post somewhere about a new omelette but mine was the usual foam-based parsley omelette.

I think it depends what station you depart from. Pretty sure (but not positive) it has been LP departing from YYC and FRA for ground service. I am usually more than half asleep on these flights, but that is what I recall. Could easily be wrong!

Actually no! I don’t drink the pre-departure sparkling, so I’ve been completely unaware :-)

The only thing new on 738 was the Hawksworth Sablefish, and the fact that "the meal sheet didn't have your status but the PIL did, so you didn't get meal priority".

Same SD said I should write in about them running out of the sparkling before first drink service got to me, as they value SE feedback more than SD feedback, but when I asked to see the meal sheet, it had been thrown out after getting tomato sauce on it.

So I have no evidence the computer scrweed up.

With Signature on YYZ-SFO/LAX, do they actually have a lie-flat seat (similar to the ones on international J)? Or are they pretty much the classic pods (what I had when I traveled last year to LAX)?

Anyone take a picture recently?
