What is that medicinal smelling thing that some men use/wear? I smell it on them sometimes within a couple of feet of personal space. Is it Gold Bond? I have no idea what Gold Bond smells like.

I don't agree.

I would say it is more realistic if the 91.5% portion said "expected to have a job handed to them on a silver platter".

When I was at Dal in the early-mid 90s, it seemed to many of us that you needed and X ring to work at the Spring Garden Road McDonalds.

Here it would be zero openings since they'd be taken with the MA grads from Emily Carr.

How do we allow this to happen? Who is to blame?

Which part of this?

You could blame the worker for illegally entering the country.
You could blame the outsourced cleaning company for hiring an illegal alien.
You could blame the meat packer for using an outsourcer that hires illegal aliens.
You could blame the worker for not powering down the machine before cleaning it.
You could blame the supervisors for permitting that behavior in the past.
You could blame the court for not assigning the blame the way you would have.

Am I missing anything?

That's a pretty exhaustive list, the only thing I can think of is Blame Canada :p

You could also blame the consumer for demanding cheap meat that can only be cost effectively produced in a factory.

Today morning, I got a waitlist letter from the only place that's interviewed me so far. Half an hour ago, a rejection. Two minutes ago, another rejection. Is it too late to start looking for a post-grad job? :o

Medical school. I guess on the bright side, I've been getting rejected before accumulating $200K of debt towards an MD...
