Post your Super Elite S100K 2019/20 Benefit Year Qualification/Requalification Here!
I always wanted to start a long lasting thread, and so here I am.
In any event, I see based on flights booked that MrsITAG and I will hit 30,000 miles by Feb 28th, the earliest run ever. I hit SE in June. I suspect the same if not earlier.
Given this pattern, I anticipate an early SE. This will quite change my flying strategy for the rest of the year as I bill cost out to clients ... I'll likely working either more Delta or AA into my plans for some type of status, since there is really no benefit to flying AC on some routes after 100K, the earning of Aeroplan points becomes increasingly pointless with the looming deadline, and I'll do the same strategy of this year - burning down points on flights I might have otherwise booked, in advance of 2020.

and for myself, discovering the Concierge more and more relatively ineffectual against AC policy when it counts...at least to me.
Consequently, reaching 2MM and E75K for life likely more than sufficient for my long term travel needs as I try to reduce my professional load...
btw...for 2017, same reached 100k in June, little flying over the summer, but this Fall did 150k in less than 4 months...and from Nov 22 to Dec 15 did three TPAC, including YVR-NRT, YVR-BKK, YVR-TPE
For 2018, expect by end of January to reach +/- 30k with trips to US & Dubai

If everything goes according to plan, I should requalify (AQM+AQD) for SE in early March. But things happen. So I'll reserve my final tally for later!
