I guess they haven't offered them to me, then, until the other day. I should pay more attention! I just figured they'd discontinued it. I rarely eat airplane food anyhow so I wasn't too bothered about it...

I might bring along my Winnie the Pooh sippy cup. I can fill it with the bottled water and it will provide some IFE.
Pls post a picture!

Naya on the AC192 (787-9 to LAX) this morning. Good to know that even the folks who might pay the extra $300 for the widebody transcon won't miss out on the water bottle.

Maybe this is just a temporary change, to impress the expensive celebrity/film festival clients in a few weeks.

/If we want OJ we can all bring manual juicers and a few oranges. The cmess and cean up would certainly exceed the labor saved from not pouring trays of H20 and OJ....

There is also a chance of turbulence on the ground if A/C are parked too close together.

AC7711 had the small bottled water; AC7716 had pre-departure choice of water or orange juice. No water bottled are at the seat.

Apparently the new policy hasn't trickled down to Rouge. Flew RSW-YYZ 8/15 and was offered OJ or water in a plastic cup. Not sure if I should be glad or upset...

Aug 16 - YYZ-YVR

On AC183, I was handed a small bottle of Naya water, but I boarded relatively late due to being one of several J passengers coming over from the delayed AC103.

How dare AC provide a reduced level of service to certain J pax! They better have distributed the bottles by status!

Key info missing from your post. Which size did you get?

AC1187, a 321 YHZ/YYZ, they were doing cups of water.

This particular A/C has the *A livery, which might indicate a crew used to mostly international flights... But was inbound from Toronto.

The bolded statement makes no sense.
