New update to the app for those of you who like to check in as late as possible and run to the gate. :)
- You can now check-in up to 45 minutes before departure on Domestic bookings. We've updated the timing on our home screen tile to match. Happy travels! - Miscellaneous bug fixes and enhancements to keep the app running smoothly. |

Tried booking a flight using the app. After selecting both the in and outbound, it conks out and tells me that the fare was unavailable for purchase. :rolleyes:

In the app and on the website, it happens to me reasonably often for "complex" routes. Complex meaning 3 segments and multiple carriers.

Mine was a simple YYZ-PVG-YYZ. I didn't say it earlier, but the user is surely thinking that if it's offered on the app, surely it's been validated/vetted for sale already.

The update today was interesting. The only listed change is that it will show you lounges for your upcoming trips, and offer you the option to purchase it.
I'm only seeing lounges listed immediately prior to my segments in J, which isn't super useful as *G. And it doesn't give me the option to buy access. Also, those segments are in R class (eUpgrades), so I didn't even think I was technically entitled to lounge access based on that (though my status obviously gets me in). I like where they're going with new features, but they need to get them right. I have MLL access at every airport on any itinerary. Don't just show me the ones where I'm in J. |
