Things seem to be getting more proactive on the concierge side. Two weeks back had the LAX concierge call me to tell me the LAX-YYZ was delayed 1.5hrs and I could stay in the lounge. Call was made quite early and I was actually in another lounge in another airport :-) but appreciated the heads up.
Last week SFO concierge called to tell my flight was closing and I had not yet dropped off my checked bag. I had elected for one checked bag during the OLCI process but changed my mind but again appreciate the diligence.
Oh and I hate the current AC gates/terminal at LAX, hope the upcoming move is too a better option.

Ha, and i did the reverse. When I saw the morning news item about the delays at LAX last week, I checked the inbound, which was an hour behind, and then notified the concierges that I'd be arriving later rather than sit in the MLL.

Yup LAX T2, gates 24, 25...what a serious cluster....

While the renovations of the terminal were a serious improvement, the design and location of those seats coupled with all the pax and their carry-ons, doesn't even allow space for the zone lines on some days. Then the inbound arrives and pax try to deplane while having to wade through those gathered at the gate. On one occasion, a WS was boarding at the same time at the next gate and the entire corner was a serious mess.

What can the concierge do? If you call them after talking to the GA.... (EDIT: On the PNR, this is DCS data which I do not believe is transfered to HPNR)

Are these comments attached to a particular itinerary? or are they attached to your customer profile?

Curious to know how this all works...

Here is evidence of what a concierge can do for you...

Earlier example was when a concierge tows the company line.

This example is when a concierge helps. YMMV, but many of them still remember me... I'm going to have fun forcing them to scrape data back to 2000...

While you're at it, please post all the ACARS communications about you. Please and thank you! :D

This isn't DC's file. It's a single PNR.

I think DC's file is more like a filing cabinet
And yes, this being AC it's probably paper.

The concierge in DEL (Lucky) has saved me SO many times I can't even give you a number! She's outstanding, amazing, and the only reason why I survive going through DEL.

I might, just for fun, but to be honest, having lucky in DEL is a heavy consideration to do DEL.

Note: I've done BOM many times before when I used to do YVR - YYZ - LHR - BOM - AMD before YYZ - DEL started. (because LHR - BOM - AMD is one flight number continuing on AI).

Actually, this is an interesting point. Would this not fall under PIPEDA disclosure as well?

I have no problems posting what I find. But at this point, nobody has furnished such data to me. I really don't feel like complaining about AC's failure to oblige PIPEDA requirements... *sigh*
